First click on below APZPPF SLIPS and follow the  steps
* Select your working district from the dropdown menu which is provided in the webpage
* Enter your five digit ZPGPF number in the 'Local ZPGPF No' text box
* Enter password of your ZPGPF account. For the first time login password is your 5 digit number with prefix 'emp '. 

For example your ZPGPF number is 18006, then your password is 'emp18006'. 

After entering your password, enter CAPTCHA what is displayed in the page , then click submit
After you pressed submit button, a new page will be opened. In this page Select Menu---> Ledger Cards ---> Ledger Card 2020-21.[ which financial year you want ]
* You will get ur ZPPF slip for required  financial year.
